All students who are attending any GRAVITYyouthchurch event that requires travel or overnight stay will need to download a parental consent form and return it to the GRAVITYyouthchurch staff when he or she checks in on the day of the event. All students who have not turned in a parental consent form WILL NOT be permitted to attend the event. Parental consent forms will be available on the day of the event for students whose parents would like to fill one out at the check-in table.
All money for the event will be due the day of the event or by a date that has been previously specified by GRAVITYyouthchurch staff. If you have further questions you can contact the GRAVITYyouthchurch office at 402.391.6515 Option 3.
